One of the things about EcoCycled that I think is pretty neat is how many books are available to print over.
As an avid reader and book lover, I love looking for new books that have been loved a bit too hard and need a second chance.
Etsy has a limit of 70 choices for a Variation (you'll see it as a selection drop down box when you check out. For EcoCycled, it's labeled Material). I actually have over 70 books to choose from, but some of them are by request since they don't fit on the list.
It's hard to keep the variations list updated (it's technically hard to change for the 600+ listings in my shop), so the best place to see the latest list is on here:
And for the books available that couldn't fit, you can see them here:
My favorite book right now is The Universal Cyclopedia. It's not available as an option because the pages are pretty small and thin (my beloved printer doesn't like thin paper).
I've posted a few excerpts from this delightful book which was printed in 1910. You can see them on my Facebook page:
What is your favorite book?
And if you could add to the above list for book page prints, what would you like to see available?
I hope you have an amazing day! :)
Hi! So, here is a blog from EcoCycled. I have no idea what it's going to be about. I guess it will be as much a surprise for me as it is for you.
But let's face it, I'm talking to the crickets right now, haha, so it doesn't really matter. :P
I shared the following picture on Facebook and thought you might find it funny.
How to cure Hiccoughs (hiccups) in 1913. The final entry on the page is the one I found the most "useful". Ten drops of CHLOROFORM on a lump of sugar. It's also good for nausea! HA! Yes, because it will knock you out and you will be unconscious!
I am very lucky to find all kinds of strange and wonderful books in my work. This one is a special delight. :) I'm sure I'll share other bits of it with you in the future, when I have time to look through it. :)
TTFN, Ta Ta For Now! :)
